Fluent Form: 'The Furnace'

Crate Cartel come correct again with the release of Fluent Form's 'The Furnace'.

Fluent Form has spent the last few years performing shows around the country, collaborating with an array of local hip-hop MC's and producers and working on his own releases.

Fluent spits relentlessly on this release with a bunch of tracks to get the head nodding. With the aid of production from Geko, Ciecmate, Must, K21, Doc Felix, Discourse and WIK Fluent Form and Crate Cartel have produced another banger for those who like it gritty.

This album has been released independently by Crate Cartel and is being distributed by Obese Records. You can find it at all good hip-hop retailers and on iTunes.

Requiem: 'Grassroots Anarchy'

grass.roots
–adjective
of, pertaining to, or involving the common people, separable from the elite.

an⋅ar⋅chy
–noun
a state of society without government or law, political and social disorder.

MC Requiem comes with the goods here on his second independent release. As the title of this album suggests his lyrics describe stories of social upheaval through the eyes of this obviously educated MC and serve as a call to arms like a molotov cocktail through your lounge room window.

Guest appearances here are kept to a minimum with verses from Fluent Form and Maundz while the production on this release are handled by Ciecmate, Defiant (Dead Beatz), Doc Felix, Pabstrakt and Wizard (U.K.)

This album has been released independently on Requiem's Minimal Aesthetics and can be found here...

Eloquor: 'Move Up'

Eloquor is an MC who hails from Melbourne, Australia. He has developed his unique style over the years dropping a couple of  independent releases and performing at various live shows, including having recently toured with Briggs and the Hilltop Hoods on their 'Still Standing' tour.

On this album he enlists the talents of a number of other MC's including appearances from Briggs, Nadav (Still Thinking), Sir Rated and Strike One and also features production from 76, Doc Felix, Evade and Jase (Beathedz).

His ability on the mic is clearly seen here in this album and is definitely one of the more notable independent releases of the year.
